Before we begin working on your project, we will communicate the site speed that we guarantee to deliver. This will be agreed upon by both parties, and we will require you to confirm it. Please note that we will only measure the results using Google's pagespeed.web.dev platform.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the results that we have communicated and agreed upon at the beginning of the project, we will issue a full refund of 100% back to your original method of payment. However, please be aware that different site speed measuring platforms may show different results, and we will not be responsible for any discrepancies in these measurements.
We value our clients' satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality work. We want to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our services, and for this reason, we have a 3-business day window in which clients may report any issues with the delivered work.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if the client installs any additional applications, makes custom modifications to the code, or adds additional products or features to the website. These changes can significantly affect the website's speed and performance, and we cannot be held responsible for work completed after our optimization.
